Heather Lasky, Founder and CEO of ChampAmerica Inc., was born and raised in Beijing, China. She came to the U.S. for graduate school upon completion of college in China. She started with the Enterprise Risk Services Group (ERS) at Deloitte, and later moved on to the Finance and Regulatory Risk functions within several investment banks including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Barclays. Heather holds an MBA from Georgetown University.
Anatoli is a Principal at a leading global Alternative Asset Management firm, responsible for the Change Management function and is also the Chief of Staff of Corporate Finance. He was previously a Director in the Treasury Group at Barclays. Prior to that, he spent five years as a Senior Vice President at Citigroup in a variety of roles including Risk Strategy, Legal & Regulatory Risk, Finance, etc.
Alan is the Founder and CEO of C3Alliance, a Data Science Consulting Firm based in NY. He is a data science enthusiast and architect. He is currently engaging the youngest, brightest minds and mentoring on the benefits and techniques of effective, repeatable, scalable project execution. In addition, Alan has extensive experience in developing systems within regulated environments.
Jesse was the former Corporate Strategy Officer for Volkswagen Credit, Inc. He was tasked to work directly with employees across all divisions to teach, communicate, and implement the corporate strategy.He also served as the primary spokesperson for Volkswagen Credit during annual global strategy conference in Germany to share best practices on how to effectively cascade strategic initiatives throughout the organization. A seasoned corporate executive with a strong track record of business development achievements, Jesse is also a professional member of the National Speakers Association.He holds an MBA from Georgetown University, and is the author of the bestselling book “Rise up, Mi Gente”.

Osman has over 15 years of diversified financial services experience within various audit and risk domains. He specializes in the design and implementation of tailored Risk & Control frameworks for financial service firms. Formerly a "Big Four" Consultant, Osman has led multiple large-scale projects for global institutions across different regions, service lines, and asset classes. At ChampAmerica, Osman provides expert coaching and mentoring for candidates looking to pursue careers in consulting and financial services. Osman and Heather also conduct Group Class training sessions on topics such as Resume Building, Networking and Enterprise Risk Management.
David is an Executive Director and the Head of Finance at a leading Japanese Financial Institutions’ US Branch. As the Head of Finance, he is responsible for Regulatory Reporting, Corporate Accounting, Accounting Policy, Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Procurement, etc. He has over 20 years of global financial and audit experience and has previously held roles including the Global Corporate Controller at Jefferies, Treasury Controller at Goldman Sachs, Head of FX and EM Product Control at Morgan Stanley, and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. David is a licensed CPA and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) with memberships in AICPA and NYSSCPA. He holds a MS and BS Accounting degree from Binghamton University.
Leah is currently a Senior Business Analyst at Barnes & Noble. Leah has over 20 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence and Project Management at Canon USA, Taleo Corp, and Accenture LLP. She is a critical thinker with hands-on experiences in all phases of the System Development Project Life Cycle, Data Warehousing, Analytics and Reporting. Leah graduated Cum Laude from State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Leah is an inspiring motivational/public speaker and the Founding President of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc.
Jerry is a Director at E&Y. He has 20+ years of combined experience in financial risk management consulting and financial controls for investment banks. He advises global financial institutions on broad risk management topics including Stress Testing/CCAR, Regulatory Capital Management, Financial Management, Enterprise Risk Management, etc. Prior to that, he was a Director managing Financial/Product Control teams and the Change Management function at two global investment banks. He holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Statistics.
